your building. Eliminates ‘lost, damaged, or corrupted in transit’ risk.
Ingeo’s system is secure from intrusion. All data is encrypted. Documents
and indexing data are tamper-proof sealed.
- Improved tracking and storage of documents: Ingeo’s
ePrepare system tracks document status in real-time as documents are processed,
sent, received, recorded, and returned. Documents can be stored online and archived
in specific folders created by submitter.
- Reduce Time Gap: reduce Time Gap from document preparation
(or loan closing) to recordation. Upon submission, documents are available within
seconds at the county for recordation. Recorded documents, with recording stamp
and recording receipt, are returned within seconds after recordation. Issue title
