eRecord
is the document recording component of the Ingeo Electronic Recording System for recorders, clerks, or register of deeds. e-Record receives
incoming electronic documents from ePrepare, or other electronic document preparation
applications, and places them in a queue. Each document is then analyzed based on
customizable recording criteria. Documents are received, examined, and processed electronically,
giving counties virtually unlimited document handling capacity.
iRecord
is a secure, web-based application that enables counties to receive, review, record/reject, and return documents electronically. iRecord enables County Recording Offices to reduce costs, increase productivity, ensure security, and improve tracking.
