Jana Miyasaki
Jana Miyasaki is Vice President of Operations for Ingeo Systems, Inc., the nation’s number one provider of electronic document recording technology. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of customer and technical support, program management, documentation and training. She also serves on the executive team and participates in strategic planning, facility and resource management, and budget planning and control.
Jana came to Ingeo with more than 20 years of experience in high-tech companies. Prior to joining the company, she was with Dupont Displays where she was responsible for project planning, deployment and training for the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software system in the Fabrication Laboratory. Before to this, she was Vice President of Operations and Services for Xdrive Technologies, an Internet-based online storage provider.
Earlier, Jana worked for Internet Dynamics, Inc., a manufacturer of NT-based security software, as Director of Technical Support and Quality Assurance. And before that, she was Vice President of Operations for Enterprise Solutions Limited, a manufacturer of standards-based electronic messaging.
Jana began her career in 1987 with Quadratron Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of office automation software for the UNIX and DOS marketplace. From Manager of Customer Support and Training, she took on added responsibility of Support Services and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 1990, the position she held until leaving the company in 1994.
Jana holds a B.A. in Sociology/Criminology from California State University at Northridge.
